Do you have parking?
Yes, we have limited parking in the inner courtyard of the hotel. Imperatively on reservation, according to the availability and for 10 € per night and per vehicle.
Do you have family or communicating rooms?
Yes, we have a family room for 4 people (1 double bed + 2 beds). We do not have connecting rooms.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, the establishment is entirely non-smoking: French regulations impose a ban on smoking in public places and hotels.
Are all rooms equipped with a safe?
No, but you can entrust the hotel's reception service with your belongings or valuables that you wish to have them deposited in the safe provided for this purpose with a receipt.
Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost me?
We do not have any extra beds, but a family room and a room with a sofa bed.
I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we have cots at your disposal and on reservation for insertion in our rooms. Only the family room is equipped with a baby bath, a table with changing mat and a bottle warmer. We also have another changing mat and a bath that we can have in another room, you just need to ask when you book and subject to availability.
Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have two rooms equipped for disabled people accessible by lift.
Do you have an elevator?
Yes, the hotel is equipped with an elevator that only serves some rooms.
Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant: Najeti Restaurant le Clusius, open for lunch and dinner, closed on Saturday lunchtime. In August, the restaurant is open only in the evening and on Sunday all day.
What are the departure and arrival times?
The arrival is from 16 hours and departure until 12 hours.
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, we have a small luggage room where you can leave your luggage waiting for your room to be ready or your final departure, in order to make a last visit of our city.
Do you accept pets? What is the price ?
Yes, we like animals and accept them in the hotel but not in the restaurant. The price is 13 € per night and per animal.
Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel once you have registered on the connection portal.
What to do in case of forgotten object in my room?
You can contact the reception service of the hotel who will contact our service floors to prepare your return package of objects that will be sent to you once the payment received is by check or bank transfer to cover shipping and packing costs.
Is breakfast included in the price?
No, when you book a single room, breakfast is not included. It is served as a buffet at the restaurant. For an additional fee, breakfast can be served in the room. However, you can also book one of our special offers, all of which include breakfast.
Are taxes included in the price?
No, these will be claimed at the time of your departure. They are 1.40 € per day and per person.
Are the rates and availabilities the same if I book on the site or by phone?
Yes, there is no difference in price or availability depending on whether you book by phone or on our website.
Why do you need credit card information?
The bank details serve only as a guarantee of confirmation of your reservation, but also in case you do not come or cancel late.
When and how will I pay for my stay?
You pay either on your arrival or at the end of your stay, with the means of payment you want: credit card, check-holiday, cash.
I have not received a booking confirmation. How to do ?
We send a confirmation email to each booking. However, if you have not received this email after 15 minutes of your booking, please check your junk mails. If the mail is not there either, do not hesitate to contact us.
What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 24 hours before the stay, except for groups with special conditions.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can always manage your booking at the bottom of the site, by clicking on the "Manage my reservations" link in the "Practical links" section. Your reservation number will be requested.
